The Chairman reported that he had received a request from a CRA member as follows:
‘I implore the CRA Committee to again approach Sector A committee and strongly emphasise that their joining forces is very important to the general impact of the planned procedures of subsequent welfare of ALL of Camposol’

The Committee discussed this and it was proposed that the CRA would again approach the A Committee for a meeting. 12. Escrituras: A question was raised by Greg Green reference the two Escritura Documents involved in the building of villas on Camposol. The Escrituras we all have state that the villas are ‘under construction’ a second Escritura has to be prepared following sign off by Masa Architects these state ‘Licencia Fin de Obra’ these are required by banks should a resident need a mortgage. In the past a copy of this certificate has been sent by Masa to the bank in order to allow the release of money to the resident. However this certificate is also required if a property is to be sold. We have information that all of these certificates are in existence and are being held by Masa, these require a visit to a Notary for them to be issued. It was proposed that the CRA approach Masa to gain agreement that these certificates be released to any owner who requests them at Notary expense only. Proposed Greg Green Seconded John Dawes, Carried unanimously.
