needs close
monitoring. Roy is to send a letter expressing the best wishes
of the committee and
the membership.
2) Minutes of the 32nd meeting:
The minutes of the last meeting were read and agreed as a true
record.
Proposed; Richard Slade Seconded; Brian Tokely Carried
3) Matters Arising:
Property Defects.
To date the committee has brought to the attention of Masa the
problems of
CRA members and non-members alike.
Possibly as a result of recently reported successes, the number
of complaints
being dealt with is rising, and keeping track and chasing up,
more and more time
consuming. It was suggested that we should deal only with personal
problems
reported by our members, though general matters which affect Camposol
as a whole
we should continue to follow up no matter who makes the complaint.
Proposed: Rathnait Mullen
Seconded Richard Slade Carried unanimously
Roy will arrange that a copy of the register will be given to
all committee members.
4) Meeting with Joaquín Ataz.
Postponed until Friday due to his ill health.
5) Way Forward.
Deferred to next meeting.
6) Meeting with Cllr. Galvez.
Brian read the minutes of his meeting with Cllr. Galvez, a full
copy of which
will be in next months Courier. Subjects discussed were Correos,
Pharmacy, Roads,
Ecoparque, I.B.I. tax, Boot sale, Plans and Bus routes. In brief;
Pharmacy - Cllr. Galvez's opinion is that there will not be a
pharmacy on
Camposol until the Centro de Salud is completed.
I.B.I. Tax - An explanation of what the revenue from this tax
is spent on is given.
Plans - Cllr Galvez wishes to remind everyone that there are many
plans which
have been passed awaiting collection in the Planning Office, and
that work done is
still not legal without them.
Bus route through Camposol - Delay due to decision pending.
Matters Arising:
- Correos: The committee is to seek a meeting with Correos. Brian
will ask Cllr
Galvez to arrange it. The subject of available land for post rooms
will be again
discussed at the next Masa meeting.
- Road system around B commercial: To be discussed further at
next meeting
between Brian and Cllr. Galvez; To be raised again at next meeting
with our lawyer,
and to seek a meeting with Cllr. responsible for Roads in Ayuntamiento.
- Ecoparque: We will try to get leaflets put into English and
information will be in
next months Courier.
- Car Boot sale: Was closed down for many reasons, and will need
the consent of
the Cllr for Commerce to re-open, and be strictly monitored.
As this event was popular among bargain hunters as well as having
a strong social
side, and AmPm have expressed their willingness to supervise,
That the Committee look into ways of bringing it back was

Raithnet reported that as of this month the Courier will be published
in full on the
web-site including the advertisements at a cost of 200€.
The owner of a house on one of the Monsera developements wishes
to become a
member of the CRA. While these areas are obviously within the
boundary of
Camposol, it is thought that they may well have their own entity(s)
to deal with any
problems they may have. Deferred.
This being the end of business, meeting closed at 12 noon.
Next meeting Wednesday 28th, 10.30am at the Business Centre
